Welcome to Qurrat3. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Qurrat3 mobile application, the website at qurrat3.com, and everything we provide through them (together, “Qurrat3”).

أهلاً بك في قرة عين. تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك لتطبيق قرة عين للجوّال، ولموقع qurrat3.com، ولكل ما نقدّمه من خلالهما (ويُشار إليها مجتمعةً بـ«قرة عين»).

Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement. If you do not accept all of it, do not use Qurrat3.

وتُعدّ سياسة الخصوصية جزءاً من هذه الاتفاقية. وإن لم تقبلها كاملة، فلا تستخدم قرة عين.

2. About us٢. من نحن

The Qurrat3 app and this website are operated by Qurrat3, a company registered in the State of Kuwait, with its registered office at Crystal Tower, Kuwait. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.

يُشغّل تطبيقَ قرة عين وهذا الموقعَ شركةُ قرة عين، وهي شركة مسجَّلة في دولة الكويت، ومقرّها المسجَّل برج كريستال، الكويت. ويُقصد بـ«نحن» في هذه الشروط تلك الشركة.

4. How we will contact you٤. كيف نتواصل معك

We contact you by email, SMS or in-app notification, using the details on your account. Keep them current — a notice sent to an address you no longer read still counts as given. Service messages (verification codes, security alerts, receipts, policy changes) are not marketing and cannot be switched off while your account is open.

نتواصل معك بالبريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية أو إشعارات التطبيق، على البيانات المسجَّلة في حسابك. فحافظ على تحديثها — فالإشعار المرسل إلى عنوان لم تعد تقرأه يُعدّ مُبلَّغاً. والرسائل الخدمية (رموز التحقّق وتنبيهات الأمان والإيصالات وتغييرات السياسات) ليست تسويقاً ولا يمكن إيقافها ما دام حسابك مفتوحاً.

5. These terms٥. هذه الشروط

By creating an account, or by using Qurrat3 at all, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. They are a binding contract. If you are using Qurrat3 on behalf of nobody but yourself — which is the only permitted way — the contract is with you personally.

بإنشائك حساباً، أو باستخدامك قرة عين أصلاً، فإنك تقرّ بقبولك هذه الشروط وتوافق على الالتزام بها. وهي عقد ملزم. وما دمت تستخدم قرة عين لنفسك لا لغيرك — وهو الوجه الوحيد المسموح به — فالعقد معك شخصياً.

6. Changes to these terms٦. تعديل الشروط

We may amend these terms. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Qurrat3 after that date means you accept the amended terms. If you do not accept them, close your account before they take effect — see section 22.

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط. وإذا كان التعديل جوهرياً، أشعرناك داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد قبل نفاذه بـ١٤ يوماً على الأقل. واستمرارك في استخدام قرة عين بعد ذلك التاريخ يعني قبولك الشروط المعدَّلة. وإن لم تقبلها فأغلق حسابك قبل نفاذها — انظر البند ٢٢.

7. Conditions of access٧. شروط الدخول

You may use Qurrat3 only if all of the following are true:

لا يجوز لك استخدام قرة عين إلا إذا توافرت فيك جميع الشروط الآتية:

• You are 18 years of age or over. There is no exception to this, including with a guardian's permission.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You are using Qurrat3 with the sincere intention of seeking marriage, and for no other purpose.
• You are legally free to marry, or seeking marriage is otherwise permissible in your circumstances, and you state your marital status honestly on your profile.
• You have not previously been removed from Qurrat3 for breaching these terms.
• You have never been convicted of a violent or sexual offence, and you are not on any sex offender register.
• You are using Qurrat3 for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Using Qurrat3 is lawful in the country you are using it from.

• أن تكون قد أتممت ١٨ سنة. ولا استثناء من ذلك، ولو بإذن ولي الأمر.
• أن تكون أهلاً نظاماً لإبرام عقد ملزم.
• أن تستخدم قرة عين بنيّة صادقة في طلب الزواج، لا لغرض سواه.
• أن تكون خالياً من الموانع النظامية للزواج، أو أن يكون طلبك للزواج جائزاً في حالك، وأن تُصرّح بحالتك الاجتماعية بصدق في ملفك.
• ألّا تكون قد حُذفت من قرة عين سابقاً لمخالفتك هذه الشروط.
• ألّا تكون قد أُدنت بجريمة عنف أو جريمة جنسية، وألّا تكون مُدرجاً في أي سجل للمعتدين جنسياً.
• أن تستخدم قرة عين لأغراضك الشخصية غير التجارية.
• أن يكون استخدام قرة عين مشروعاً في البلد الذي تستخدمه منه.

8. Creating an account٨. إنشاء الحساب

• Register with an email address you solely own and control, or through Google or Apple sign-in.
• Give accurate information and keep it current. A profile that misstates your age, marital status, location, or that uses photographs which are not of you, is a breach of these terms.
• One person, one account. Duplicate accounts will be removed.
• You may not create an account for another person, operate one on their behalf, or let anyone else use yours.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account, and you must tell us immediately at info@koredyne.com if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
• We may require identity verification before granting access to certain features.

• سجّل ببريد إلكتروني تملكه وتتحكّم فيه وحدك، أو عبر تسجيل الدخول بـGoogle أو Apple.
• قدّم معلومات صحيحة وحافظ على تحديثها. والملف الذي يخالف الحقيقة في العمر أو الحالة الاجتماعية أو الموقع، أو يستخدم صوراً ليست لك، يُعدّ إخلالاً بهذه الشروط.
• حساب واحد لكل شخص. وتُحذف الحسابات المكرّرة.
• لا يجوز لك إنشاء حساب لشخص آخر ولا تشغيله نيابة عنه ولا السماح لأحد باستخدام حسابك.
• احتفظ بكلمة مرورك سرّاً. وأنت مسؤول عن كل ما يجري تحت حسابك، وعليك إبلاغنا فوراً على info@koredyne.com إن ظننت أن أحداً غيرك وصل إليه.
• وقد نشترط توثيق الهوية قبل منحك بعض المزايا.

9. Sharia compliance — what we mean٩. التوافق الشرعي — ما نعنيه

We describe Qurrat3 as a Sharia compliant marriage app. So that the phrase means something you can hold us to, here is precisely what we commit to and what we do not.

نصف قرة عين بأنه تطبيق زواج متوافق مع الشريعة. وحتى تكون العبارة ذات معنى يمكنك محاسبتنا عليه، فهذا بالضبط ما نلتزم به وما لا نلتزم به.

We commit to:

• Operating Qurrat3 solely as a means to marriage, with no casual or non-marital mode.
• Enabling a guardian to be present in conversations, and telling both parties when one is.
• Prohibiting sexual content, nudity and immodest imagery outright, and moderating against them.
• Keeping conversations private and one-to-one, with no public feeds or open mixed rooms.
• Taking scholarly input on product decisions that carry a fiqh dimension.
• Offering only payment models we consider free of riba, gharar and gambling mechanics — no lotteries, no loot boxes, no interest-bearing instruments.

• تشغيل قرة عين وسيلةً للزواج فحسب، بلا وضع عابر أو غير زواجي.
• تمكين الولي من الحضور في المحادثات، وإخبار الطرفين حين يكون حاضراً.
• حظر المحتوى الجنسي والعري والصور غير المحتشمة حظراً تامّاً، والإشراف على منعها.
• إبقاء المحادثات خاصة وثنائية، بلا خلاصات عامة ولا غرف مختلطة مفتوحة.
• أخذ مشورة أهل العلم في قرارات المنتج ذات البُعد الفقهي.
• اعتماد نماذج دفع نرى أنها خالية من الربا والغرر والقمار — بلا يانصيب ولا صناديق حظّ ولا أدوات ربوية.

We do not claim: that Qurrat3 is certified by any government religious authority; that every scholar would agree with every design decision we have made; or that using Qurrat3 discharges any religious obligation on your part. Where a question of fiqh is genuinely disputed among qualified scholars, we say so rather than pick a position for you. Nothing in Qurrat3 is a fatwa, and your own religious obligations remain yours.

ولا ندّعي: أن قرة عين معتمد من أي جهة دينية حكومية؛ ولا أن كل عالم سيوافق على كل قرار تصميمي اتخذناه؛ ولا أن استخدامك قرة عين يُسقط عنك واجباً شرعياً. وحيث تكون المسألة الفقهية محلّ خلاف معتبر بين أهل العلم، نبيّن ذلك ولا نختار لك قولاً. ولا شيء في قرة عين يُعدّ فتوى، وتبقى واجباتك الشرعية واجباتك أنت.

10. Plans and purchases١٠. الباقات والمشتريات

• A free account gives you a profile, browsing, matching and access to Guidance. Paid plans add further features, which are described in the app before you buy.
• Subscriptions and one‑off purchases are billed through MyFatoorah, our payment gateway. You enter your card details with MyFatoorah, not with us; we receive an order reference, the amount and whether it succeeded, and never your card number.
• Prices are shown in the app in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD) at a fixed price for each plan, inclusive of any tax that applies.

• الحساب المجاني يمنحك ملفاً وتصفّحاً وتوافقاً ووصولاً إلى قسم الإرشاد. والباقات المدفوعة تضيف مزايا أخرى موصوفة داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء.
• تُحصَّل الاشتراكات والمشتريات المفردة عبر MyFatoorah، بوابة الدفع لدينا. وتُدخل بيانات بطاقتك لدى MyFatoorah لا لدينا؛ ويصلنا مرجع الطلب والمبلغ وما إذا نجح، ولا يصلنا رقم بطاقتك أبداً.
• تُعرض الأسعار في التطبيق بالدينار الكويتي (KWD) بسعر ثابت لكل باقة، شاملاً أي ضريبة تنطبق.

• We may change our prices. A change applies only to a purchase you make after it takes effect, never to a period you have already paid for.
• One‑off purchases (such as a consultation booking, a course, or a call credit) are delivered on payment and are consumed on use.
• We do not offer lotteries, prize draws, loot boxes or any purchase whose value is unknown at the point of sale.
• Closing your Qurrat3 account does not entitle you to a refund of the remainder of a period you have already paid for.

• وقد نغيّر أسعارنا. ويسري التغيير على شراء تجريه بعد نفاذه فقط، ولا يسري أبداً على مدة دفعت مقابلها سلفاً.
• المشتريات المفردة (كحجز استشارة أو دورة أو رصيد مكالمة) تُسلَّم عند الدفع وتُستهلك بالاستخدام.
• ولا نقدّم يانصيباً ولا سحوبات جوائز ولا صناديق حظّ ولا أي شراء تكون قيمته مجهولة وقت البيع.
• وإغلاق حسابك في قرة عين لا يمنحك حقّ استرداد ما تبقّى من مدة دفعت مقابلها سلفاً.

11. Refunds١١. الاسترداد

• We are the merchant of record, so a refund is ours to decide, not an app store's. Write to info@koredyne.com with the order reference shown in the app.
• We will refund you where you were charged in error, where a feature you paid for did not work and we could not put it right, or where we closed your account for a reason that was not your fault.
• We do not normally refund a period you have used, a consultation you attended, or a course you have started, because those are consumed on delivery.
• We do not refund the unused part of a subscription where we have closed your account for breaching these terms.
• Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything in this section. Where those rights give you a right of withdrawal, note that it does not extend to digital content or services you have already consumed.

• نحن التاجر المسجَّل، فقرار الاسترداد لنا لا لمتجر تطبيقات. فاكتب إلى info@koredyne.com مرفقاً مرجع الطلب الظاهر في التطبيق.
• وسنردّ لك المبلغ إذا خُصم منك خطأً، أو لم تعمل ميزة دفعت مقابلها ولم نتمكّن من إصلاحها، أو أغلقنا حسابك لسبب لا يعود إليك.
• ولا نردّ عادةً مدةً استخدمتها، ولا استشارةً حضرتها، ولا دورةً بدأتها، لأنها تُستهلك عند التسليم.
• ولا نردّ الجزء غير المستخدَم من الاشتراك إذا أغلقنا حسابك لمخالفتك هذه الشروط.
• ولا يمسّ شيء في هذا البند حقوقك النظامية بوصفك مستهلكاً. وحيث تمنحك تلك الحقوق حقّ العدول، فلاحظ أنه لا يمتدّ إلى محتوى رقمي أو خدمات استهلكتها فعلاً.

12. Your content١٢. المحتوى الخاص بك

Your photos, your words and your profile remain yours. You keep ownership of everything you upload.

صورك وكلماتك وملفك تبقى ملكك. وتحتفظ بملكية كل ما ترفعه.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content solely for the purpose of operating Qurrat3 for you — showing your profile to members, delivering your messages, and moderating for safety. This licence is not perpetual: it ends when you delete the content or your account, save for copies we must retain under section 12 of the Privacy Policy.

وتمنحنا ترخيصاً محدوداً غير حصري ومجاناً وغير قابل للتنازل لاستضافة ذلك المحتوى وتخزينه ونسخه وعرضه لغرض تشغيل قرة عين لك وحده — أي عرض ملفك على الأعضاء، وإيصال رسائلك، والإشراف لأغراض الأمان. وهذا الترخيص ليس مؤبّداً: بل ينتهي بحذفك المحتوى أو حسابك، عدا النسخ التي يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها بموجب البند ١٢ من سياسة الخصوصية.

We will never use your photos, your words or your likeness in advertising or promotional material without asking you separately and obtaining your written agreement. We do not sub-license your content to anyone, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.

ولن نستخدم أبداً صورك ولا كلماتك ولا صورتك الشخصية في الإعلان أو المواد الترويجية دون استئذانك على حدة والحصول على موافقتك الكتابية. ولا نمنح ترخيصاً من الباطن لمحتواك لأي جهة، ولا نستخدمه في تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to share, everything you upload; that the photographs are of you; and that nothing you upload infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms without notice.

وتؤكّد أنك تملك كل ما ترفعه أو لك حقّ مشاركته، وأن الصور صورك أنت، وأن ما ترفعه لا ينتهك حقوق أحد. ويجوز لنا حذف المحتوى المخالف لهذه الشروط دون إشعار.

13. Community rules١٣. قواعد المجتمع

The full rules are below, and they form part of this agreement. You must not:

القواعد الكاملة أدناه، وهي جزء من هذه الاتفاقية. ويُمنع عليك:

• Misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, photographs or intentions.
• Post or send sexual content, nudity, or anything obscene, violent or unlawful.
• Do anything involving a person under 18.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or abuse another member, or continue contact after being asked to stop.
• Insult or demean anyone on the basis of appearance, tribe, nationality, race, or level of religious practice; or use sectarian or takfiri abuse.
• Solicit money, gifts, cryptocurrency or financial details from another member, or run any scam or romance fraud.
• Share another member's private information, photographs or messages outside Qurrat3.
• Advertise, promote, recruit, or move members off the platform to sell them something.
• Scrape, copy, harvest or bulk-download profiles or any part of Qurrat3, by any means including automated ones.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Qurrat3, or upload malicious code.
• Create a new account after we have removed you, or otherwise evade a suspension or ban.
• File reports you know to be false in order to harm another member.

• تزوير هويتك أو عمرك أو حالتك الاجتماعية أو صورك أو نيّتك.
• نشر أو إرسال محتوى جنسي أو عري أو أي شيء فاحش أو عنيف أو غير مشروع.
• أي فعل يتعلّق بشخص دون ١٨.
• التحرّش بعضو آخر أو تهديده أو ملاحقته أو الإساءة إليه، أو مواصلة التواصل بعد أن يطلب منك التوقّف.
• إهانة أحد أو الحطّ من قدره بسبب مظهره أو قبيلته أو جنسيته أو عرقه أو درجة التزامه؛ أو الإساءة الطائفية والتكفير.
• طلب المال أو الهدايا أو العملات الرقمية أو البيانات المالية من عضو آخر، أو ممارسة أي احتيال أو نصب عاطفي.
• نشر معلومات عضو آخر أو صوره أو رسائله الخاصة خارج قرة عين.
• الإعلان أو الترويج أو التجنيد أو نقل الأعضاء خارج المنصة لبيعهم شيئاً.
• سحب الملفات أو نسخها أو جمعها أو تنزيلها بالجملة، أو أي جزء من قرة عين، بأي وسيلة بما فيها الآلية.
• الهندسة العكسية أو فكّ التجميع أو التشويش أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى قرة عين، أو رفع شفرات ضارّة.
• إنشاء حساب جديد بعد حذفنا لك، أو التحايل بأي وجه على إيقاف أو حظر.
• تقديم بلاغات تعلم أنها كاذبة بقصد الإضرار بعضو آخر.

14. Guardian (waliy) mode١٤. وضع الولي

• You may invite a guardian or family member to read conversations you choose to share with them.
• By inviting them you confirm that you have their agreement to give us their contact details, and that they are over 18.
• A guardian gets read access only, to the conversations you share, live. They cannot browse profiles, send messages, see your other chats, or change your account.
• The member you are speaking to is told clearly when a guardian is attached to the conversation, before they reply.
• You may revoke a guardian's access at any time, and it ends automatically when the conversation or your account is deleted.
• You remain responsible for what you share. We are not responsible for what a guardian does with what they read.

• يجوز لك دعوة وليّك أو أحد أهلك لقراءة المحادثات التي تختار مشاركتها معه.
• وبدعوتك إياه تقرّ بأنك حصلت على موافقته على إعطائنا بيانات تواصله، وأنه تجاوز ١٨ سنة.
• يحصل الولي على صلاحية قراءة فقط، للمحادثات التي تشاركها، مباشرةً. ولا يستطيع تصفّح الملفات ولا إرسال الرسائل ولا الاطّلاع على محادثاتك الأخرى ولا تغيير حسابك.
• ويُخبَر العضو الذي تحدّثه بوضوح بوجود وليّ في المحادثة قبل أن يردّ.
• ويمكنك سحب صلاحية الولي في أي وقت، وتنتهي تلقائياً بحذف المحادثة أو الحساب.
• وتبقى مسؤولاً عمّا تشاركه. ولسنا مسؤولين عمّا يفعله الولي بما يقرأ.

15. Guidance, scholars and Qurrat3 AI١٥. الإرشاد والعلماء وقرة عين الذكي

• Scholars offering consultations are independent professionals, not our employees. They are responsible for the guidance they give. We are responsible for verifying the credentials they state and for the platform they use.
• Courses and articles are general education. They are not a substitute for a ruling from a qualified scholar on your own situation, nor for legal, medical or financial advice.
• Nothing in Guidance creates a professional, fiduciary or clergy-to-member relationship between you and us.
• Neither party may record a consultation without the other's explicit consent.
• Course material is licensed to you for personal study only. You may not record, redistribute or republish it.

• العلماء الذين يقدّمون الاستشارات مهنيون مستقلون وليسوا موظفين لدينا. وهم مسؤولون عمّا يقدّمونه من إرشاد. ونحن مسؤولون عن التحقّق من المؤهّلات التي يذكرونها وعن المنصة التي يستخدمونها.
• الدورات والمقالات تثقيف عام، وليست بديلاً عن فتوى عالم مؤهَّل في حالتك، ولا عن استشارة نظامية أو طبية أو مالية.
• ولا ينشئ أي شيء في قسم الإرشاد علاقة مهنية أو ائتمانية أو علاقة إفتاء بينك وبيننا.
• ولا يجوز لأي طرف تسجيل الاستشارة دون موافقة صريحة من الآخر.
• ومواد الدورات مرخَّصة لك للدراسة الشخصية فقط، ولا يجوز تسجيلها ولا إعادة توزيعها ولا نشرها.

16. Reporting١٦. الإبلاغ

Every profile, chat and message carries a report option. Reports are read by a trained human; our target is 24 hours, and child safety reports are escalated immediately. Depending on what we find we may take no action, issue a warning, restrict a feature, suspend the account, or remove it permanently — and refer the matter to the competent authorities where the law requires. We do not disclose what action we took against another member's account; that is their privacy, and it would be yours in reverse. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

في كل ملف ومحادثة ورسالة خيار للإبلاغ. ويقرأ البلاغات مراجع بشري مدرَّب؛ وهدفنا ٢٤ ساعة، وتُحال بلاغات سلامة الأطفال فوراً. وبحسب ما نجده قد لا نتّخذ إجراءً، أو نُصدر تحذيراً، أو نقيّد ميزة، أو نوقف الحساب، أو نحذفه نهائياً — ونحيل الأمر إلى الجهات المختصة حيث يوجب النظام. ولا نفصح عن الإجراء الذي اتخذناه بحقّ حساب عضو آخر؛ فتلك خصوصيته، ولكانت خصوصيتك لو انعكس الحال. وإن كنت في خطر مباشر فاتصل بخدمات الطوارئ في بلدك أولاً.

17. No background checks١٧. لا فحوص سوابق

• We do not verify statements members make about themselves beyond the checks described in the Privacy Policy.
• We do not promise you a spouse. Qurrat3 is a means; the outcome is not in our hands. No plan, paid or free, guarantees matches, replies or a marriage.
• You are responsible for your own safety. Involve your family, take your time, meet only in safe and appropriate circumstances, and never send money to anyone you have met here.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or in person.

• ولا نتحقّق ممّا يقوله الأعضاء عن أنفسهم أبعد من الفحوص الموصوفة في سياسة الخصوصية.
• ولا نعدك بزوج. فقرة عين وسيلة، والنتيجة ليست بيدنا. ولا تضمن أي باقة، مدفوعة كانت أم مجانية، توافقات ولا ردوداً ولا زواجاً.
• وأنت مسؤول عن سلامتك. فأشرك أهلك، وتمهّل، ولا تلتقِ إلا في ظروف آمنة ومناسبة، ولا ترسل مالاً لأحد تعرّفت عليه هنا أبداً.
• ولسنا مسؤولين عن تصرّفات أي عضو، عبر الإنترنت أو على أرض الواقع.

18. Our intellectual property١٨. ملكيتنا الفكرية

The Qurrat3 name, the mark, the application, its design, its course material and its software belong to us or to our licensors. We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Qurrat3 for its intended purpose on a device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, resell, sub-license, or build a competing service on any part of it.

اسم قرة عين وعلامته والتطبيق وتصميمه ومواد دوراته وبرمجياته ملك لنا أو لمرخِّصينا. ونمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً قابلاً للإلغاء وغير حصري وغير قابل للتنازل باستخدام قرة عين للغرض المقصود منه على جهاز تملكه أو تتحكّم فيه. ولا يجوز لك نسخ أي جزء منه أو تعديله أو إعادة بيعه أو ترخيصه من الباطن أو بناء خدمة منافسة عليه.

19. App store terms١٩. شروط متاجر التطبيقات

You obtained the Qurrat3 app from an app store, and that store's own terms apply to the download alongside these terms. The store operator is not a party to this agreement, is not responsible for Qurrat3, and has no obligation to provide you with support for it. Where the store's terms conflict with these terms in relation to the download itself, the store's terms prevail to that extent.

حصلت على تطبيق قرة عين من متجر تطبيقات، وتسري شروط ذلك المتجر على التنزيل إلى جانب هذه الشروط. ومشغّل المتجر ليس طرفاً في هذه الاتفاقية، وليس مسؤولاً عن قرة عين، ولا يلتزم بتقديم دعم لك بشأنه. وحيث تتعارض شروط المتجر مع هذه الشروط فيما يخصّ التنزيل نفسه، تسود شروط المتجر بهذا القدر.

20. Changes to Qurrat3٢٠. التغييرات على قرة عين

We improve Qurrat3 continually, and we may add, change or remove features. Where we remove a feature you are paying for, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of your current period. We may also suspend or withdraw Qurrat3 entirely; if we do so permanently, we will give you reasonable notice and a refund of any unused paid period.

نطوّر قرة عين باستمرار، وقد نضيف مزايا أو نغيّرها أو نزيلها. وحيث نزيل ميزة تدفع مقابلها، جاز لك الإلغاء ونردّ إليك الجزء غير المستخدَم من مدتك الحالية. ويجوز لنا كذلك إيقاف قرة عين أو سحبه كلياً؛ فإن فعلنا ذلك بصفة دائمة، منحناك إشعاراً معقولاً ورددنا أي مدة مدفوعة لم تُستخدم.

21. Suspending or ending your access٢١. إيقاف صلاحيتك أو إنهاؤها

We may restrict, suspend or permanently remove your account if you breach these terms; if you put another member at risk; if your account appears fraudulent or duplicated; or if we are required to by law. For serious safety violations we act immediately and without prior notice.

يجوز لنا تقييد حسابك أو إيقافه أو حذفه نهائياً إن أخللت بهذه الشروط؛ أو عرّضت عضواً آخر للخطر؛ أو بدا حسابك احتيالياً أو مكرّراً؛ أو ألزمنا النظام بذلك. وفي المخالفات الجسيمة المتعلّقة بالأمان نتصرّف فوراً ودون إشعار مسبق.

Where the action is not for a child safety reason, we will tell you why and you may appeal to info@koredyne.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. A different reviewer will consider it, and we aim to answer within 7 days. Removals for child safety violations are not subject to appeal.

وحيث لا يكون الإجراء لسبب يتعلّق بسلامة الأطفال، نبيّن لك السبب ويحقّ لك التظلّم على info@koredyne.com بعنوان «Appeal». وينظر فيه مراجع آخر، ونسعى للردّ خلال ٧ أيام. أمّا الحذف بسبب مخالفات سلامة الأطفال فلا يقبل التظلّم.

22. Closing your account٢٢. إغلاق حسابك

You may close your account at any time, for any reason, without telling us why: Settings → Account → Delete account, or through the Delete Account page. Deletion is permanent — there is no reactivation window, and your matches, chats, course progress and verification status cannot be recovered. A paid period you have already bought is not refunded on closure — see section 11. What happens to your data is set out in full on the Delete Account page.

يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت ولأي سبب دون أن تخبرنا بالسبب: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب. والحذف نهائي — فلا توجد مهلة لإعادة التفعيل، ولا يمكن استرجاع توافقاتك ومحادثاتك وتقدّمك في الدورات وحالة توثيقك. ولا تُردّ مدة مدفوعة اشتريتها سلفاً عند الإغلاق — انظر البند ١١. وما يحدث لبياناتك مبيَّن بالكامل في صفحة حذف الحساب.

23. Our responsibility to you٢٣. مسؤوليتنا تجاهك

Qurrat3 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

يُقدَّم قرة عين «كما هو» و«بحسب توافره». وإلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية:

• the conduct of any member, whether on Qurrat3 or in person;
• any decision you make about marriage, or its consequences;
• guidance given by an independent scholar, or any answer given by Qurrat3 AI;
• losses that were not foreseeable at the time you accepted these terms;
• business losses, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity;
• events outside our reasonable control; or
• losses caused by your own breach of these terms or your failure to install an update.

• تصرّفات أي عضو، سواء داخل قرة عين أو على أرض الواقع؛
• أي قرار تتخذه بشأن الزواج أو ما يترتّب عليه؛
• إرشاد صادر عن عالم مستقل، أو أي إجابة يعطيها قرة عين الذكي؛
• خسائر لم تكن متوقّعة وقت قبولك هذه الشروط؛
• الخسائر التجارية أو فوات الربح أو ضياع الفرصة؛
• الأحداث الخارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة؛
• الخسائر الناشئة عن إخلالك أنت بهذه الشروط أو عدم تثبيتك تحديثاً.

Where we are found liable to you despite the above, our total liability is limited to the greater of (i) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (ii) SAR 500. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

وحيث تثبت مسؤوليتنا تجاهك رغم ما سبق، فإن مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية محدودة بالأكبر من: (١) ما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة لنشوء المطالبة، أو (٢) خمسمائة ريال سعودي. ولا يستثني أي بند من هذه الشروط مسؤوليةً لا يجوز استثناؤها نظاماً ولا يحدّها — بما في ذلك الوفاة أو الإصابة الجسدية الناتجة عن إهمالنا، أو الغش أو التغرير.

24. Your responsibility to us٢٤. مسؤوليتك تجاهنا

You agree to compensate us for any loss, claim or cost we suffer as a result of your breach of these terms, your misuse of Qurrat3, or any content you upload that infringes another person's rights or breaks the law.

توافق على تعويضنا عن أي خسارة أو مطالبة أو تكلفة نتكبّدها نتيجة إخلالك بهذه الشروط، أو إساءتك استخدام قرة عين، أو رفعك محتوى ينتهك حقوق غيرك أو يخالف النظام.

25. Feedback٢٥. الملاحظات

If you send us a suggestion for improving Qurrat3, we may use it freely and without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us confidential information or ideas you want to keep, or be paid for.

إن أرسلت إلينا اقتراحاً لتحسين قرة عين، جاز لنا استخدامه بحرّية دون أن نلتزم لك بشيء مقابله. فلا ترسل إلينا معلومات سرّية ولا أفكاراً ترغب في الاحتفاظ بها أو في مقابل عنها.

26. General٢٦. أحكام عامة

• Severability. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a right immediately, that does not mean we have given it up.
• Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to another company, and will tell you if we do.
• Entire agreement. These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us.
• Language. Where the Arabic and English versions of these terms differ, the Arabic version prevails.

• استقلال البنود. إذا حُكم ببطلان أي بند من هذه الشروط، بقي سائرها نافذاً.
• عدم التنازل. عدم مبادرتنا إلى إعمال حقّ لا يعني تنازلنا عنه.
• الحوالة. لا يجوز لك نقل حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط. ويجوز لنا نقل حقوقنا إلى شركة أخرى، وسنخبرك إن فعلنا.
• كامل الاتفاق. هذه الشروط، مع سياسة الخصوصية، هي كامل الاتفاق بيننا.
• اللغة. عند اختلاف النصّين العربي والإنجليزي لهذه الشروط، يُعتدّ بالنصّ العربي.

27. Governing law and disputes٢٧. النظام الواجب التطبيق والنزاعات

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of Qurrat3, are governed by the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait. The competent courts of the State of Kuwait have exclusive jurisdiction.

تخضع هذه الشروط، وأي نزاع ينشأ عنها أو عن استخدامك قرة عين، لأنظمة دولة الكويت ولوائحها. وتختصّ المحاكم المختصة في دولة الكويت اختصاصاً حصرياً بالفصل فيها.

If you are using Qurrat3 from another GCC state, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your own country.

وإن كنت تستخدم قرة عين من دولة خليجية أخرى، فلا يحرمك ذلك من أي حماية استهلاكية آمرة يمنحك إياها نظام بلدك.
